RETURN POLICY
We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the return and refund policies carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about the rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through WWW.ZECAADO.COM through our product pages. We make every effort to serve you within the timelines mentioned. If due to any reason or circumstances we are not able to ship the product, we will notify you as soon as possible and your order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded.
Online purchases made through WWW.ZECAADO.COM are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery. Return/refund requests will be considered under the following situations only.
· DAMAGED
· DEFECTIVE
· WRONG PRODUCT
· MANUFACTURING DEFECT
· PRODUCT INCOMPLETE
Change of Mind: If you change your mind after placing an order, your order can be cancelled within Three days of the order confirmation, or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
Cancellation Fee: The cancellation charges of 2.5% will be applicable on the amount paid by you while processing the refund. Any cash back earned while placing the order will be deducted. If that cash back was used, to place the order the cash back amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/MANUFACTURING DEFECT:
We require the UNPACKING VIDEO of the product/s, if the product/s you have received does falls under Received Damaged / Defective / Manufacturing Defect conditions as proof to review & process the full refund.
If any of the above situations occur we request you to notify us within 48 hours of the delivery. The product should be returned in an unused and undamaged condition with all its original packaging and Invoices. All returns must be accompanied by the original return forms invoices and customs documents (if applicable). You can raise a replacement request through your buyer account or by calling us on our support number +91-9899935300 or through Email by mailing us at care@zecaado.com, within the applicable Returns Policy period which is 48 hours. We may also ask you for some proof to support the reason for your return. A full refund will be provided once the right product is received at the warehouse in undamaged and unused condition.
Many of our products do not come in a pre-assembled state and we do not provide on-site support requests for assembling these products. The return requests in such cases will not be accepted. These products come with assembling instructions to make it easy for you to assemble these items. If you find any defect in the product, we will do our best to rectify the problem without sending it back to us and expect your co-operation in order to rectify the issue.
After buying the product if you want to return the product of your own will, the forward and reverse shipping, packing charges, and order processing fee will be applicable.
· We shall issue a 100% refund of the cost of the product in case of Damaged, Defective or Wrong product sent.
· Return requests will be entertained if you notify the issue within the 3 working days (48 hours) after the product gets delivered.
· Returns made without notice shall be qualified for a refund after detailed inspection.
· We shall not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item in case if the product was ordered by mistake.
· At any point in time, the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
· Any complaint with regards to the damage, defective or wrong product should be reported to us within 48 hrs. of the receiving of the products.
· We also require the digital images & UNPACKING VIDEO of the product as a proof to review the damage or defect in products delivered
· If you paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via the same source within 10 working days
· If the shipping address provided was incorrect and the product returns back to us, we shall process the refund after deducting the shipping charges
· We shall issue a 100% refund in case the ordered product/model went out of stock after placing the order.
